I knew tonight's weigh in was going to be bad, but I didn't think it would be this bad- 141. I guess I just needed an extra reminder to get my rear in gear. I'm running in the New Year's eve 5K on Sat, which I think is a great way to start the New Year. Now I have to figure out menus for Sat and Sunday that will help me stay on track. Ben wants broccoli cheese soup for Sat, but I think I will also make chicken noodle, which could be better. With a good salad and a reasonable dessert, that should work. Sunday we're having pork, mp, shrimp. I think I'm going to do Simply Filling those 2 days-- that might just work!
So, I need to lose 20 lbs. i am giving myself 3 months to take care of that- which means that by the end of March I WILL be there!
